Alternative Flours Pilot Project

The Belizean diet is based on wheat flour and not a grain of wheat is planted in Belize. We propose to introduce alternatives to wheat flour like breadfruit flour, cassava flour, Plantain flour and banana flour. Planting the necessary acreage and processing of Breadfruit and cassava into flour.

You have an excellent idea, and I think it has a lot of potentials. I leave here some questions and comments. Try to capture within your thoughts how your proposal helps reduce the problem of crime and violence since it is the objective of this challenge. Have you thought about who would buy your product? Where to sell it? It is essential to start thinking about how much money you will need to invest in starting with this initiative. Remember that you have until January 12th to make changes to the platform, before the call is closed.
